Bayer Wuppertal GROW Network members who are volunteering as mentors to our mentee group are encouraged to take part in monthly Mentor Meet-Ups for confidential professional supervision sessions with the mentoring team.

Research shows that mentors who attend professional supervision sessions are better equipped to support their mentees, which is of course a better outcome for everyone!

By joining these 45-60 minute supervision sessions, mentors will:

• Receive support in their role as mentor

• Have the opportunity to troubleshoot challenges in the mentoring relationship that they need additional support to solve

• Reaffirm their abilities and skills as a mentor

• Build their network and get to know the other mentors (and the mentoring programme team)

• Learn from the ‘hive mind’ of professionals in this group as everyone progresses through their mentoring relationships.
