Katharine Wegera, Head of Frazer Jones Germany
I manage the Frazer Jones Team in Germany and am involved in delivering executive as well as senior level search projects, mainly within the industrial sector and consultancy business.
After graduating from the University of Maastricht (NL) with a Diploma in Psychology I spent several years working in the field of organisational research and consulting.
I believe that the core to finding the right candidate is understanding the company culture and its values as well as the functional expertise and the personality of our stakeholders. Having a background in psychology as well as people and organisational development it feels natural assessing all of these qualities and has proven quite successful. Furthermore, integrating the challenges arising from the rapidly changing candidate market into our search approach is key to guaranteeing a quick process and high level of service throughout.
Let’s Work – Workshops. These events are workshops so that means you are there to participate in activities and share your thoughts. The speaker should give you knowledge and then you get to put it into practice live! Come prepared to speak and ask questions. Please keep your cameras on as the speakers like to know if they are keeping you engaged.
These are women only events. If you identify as a man we will politely ask you not to attend but we can connect you with our speakers if you have specific questions.
Please be on time. At 5 minutes past the start time we will close the room to new arrivals. This is so the work can begin!
These events are free to members and € 12 to non members.
