I trained in Human Resources specialising in Learning and Development the UK health service. I have a post grad diploma in L+D and am a member of the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. I have done many courses over the years: change agent, action learning and more. My last job in the UK was head of L+D in Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London (7000staff). Diversity and inclusion has been a passion of mine throughout my career and I implemented programmes where this was integral. I designed and ran management programmes for 75 +people, radically changed our induction training for new employees, worked on programmes for doctors and women leaders during a merger and more. Since I left the UK I have worked as a freelancer and did my coaching certification in French in Paris : I coach or train in either English or French. I was a board member of a charity in France providing services for people with HIV for 7 years. In Sweden I was on the board of a women's network like this one. I am now enjoying being a member of the Board of IWIBDUS. I have recently started to supervise other coaches.

A little bit about You
I am from the UK and a small part of me is always in London but I have lived in Europe for over 20 years in France Sweden and Germany. I have British and French nationality and eventually I will return to the south of France. My family is international : my partner French and my kids adopted from Brazil. I love the visual arts and paint, draw and make stuff. Food and wine are high on the agenda each day and I love cooking. Books, music and films nourish my soul! I love learning and new experiences and travel feeds this - most of all I love meeting new people and that is the wonderful opportunity in this group!
