I moved to Düsseldorf 10 years ago with a young family. I have always kept fit and been interested in fitness so when I was offered the opportunity to train to be a Personal Trainer I grab it 🙂 That was 5 years ago. Since then I have started my own business offering group workouts which are suitable for all levels of fitness and personal training. I am very passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone of every fitness level and giving all my clients a better understanding of how their body works.
- Wear comfortable clothing . It needs to be something you can move around in
- Have two tins of food or bottles with you. They will be used for weights so need to be the same weight and easy to hold
