We offer workshops about all different aspects of business. Previous ones have included Positive Psychology; Tax for small businesses and Presentation Skills.

We encourage members to give workshops for the community and ask experts to speak to us on their specialist subject.
As a member, you will not have to pay for these workshops and have preferential access.

Creative events are wonderful ways of engaging your brain differently. These are member only events but we may charge you for the materials you use.

We have seen sculptors, art classes and informative workshops around art based businesses in Dusseldorf.

In cooperation with SKEI Center for Language, Creativity and Emotional Intelligence will be offering the women’s course “Job-related conversation German B1 ” from January. These lessons are FREE for members. Please email hello@iwibdus.com if you want to sign up for these January 2023 lessons.

This course is designed to help job seekers find a role in Germany. Finishing with the Talent Fair, if you are ready.

Each Module has as a face2face session and online aspects. Every participant will have one 1:1 session during the program with the course leader.

The cost is discounted for members for large courses like these.

Our Talent Fair is a place where hiring companies and job seekers come together. We invite women from our network to present themselves in a TED-Talk Style to recruiters from companies who are interested in hiring. After the presentations, companies and women meet to network. We have been very successful at placing women back into jobs within 6 months. In 2023, we will have 2 Talent Fairs. Please sign up here if you want to be on our waiting list.

An Event where around 12 of our members present their own business or their job in an organization.

In this event, women are inspired by the careers and work of others and networking happens between people with different interests.
This has been very effective for small business owners connecting to their market. If you re interested in sharing your story, please register here.

In this event women talk for 5 minutes with somebody they haven’t met before. In these 5 minutes, both people introduce themselves and talk about their challenges and expertise. After 4 or 5 rounds of this, there is time for informal networking and women get the feeling of the talents that we have in our community.

This is highly collaborative and supportive for new and old members. These will run in  January and September 2023.
