Meet the mentors and mentees from the iwibdus Mentoring Programme and hear their experiences of how these relationships have changed them.

We will discuss the shared joy of good mentoring relationships, how the mentorship program is designed to meet your unique goals, and how women helping women is important especially in March for IWD.

This year’s IWD theme is Embrace Equity and Be Different, We Celebrate you. We will be discussing our differences and how these should be celebrated as international women based in the Düsseldorf neighborhood.

The match between mentor and mentee establishes a mutually beneficial relationship in which both women feel safe to be their authentic selves, and receive support, advice and encouragement to help grow their confidence and meet their individual goals.

This mentoring journey enhances an individual performance, self-perception and builds on our sense of ‘collective success’; whether that be securing a new job, starting their own business, or embracing changing seasons with confidence.
