About the Course

This course is designed to help job seekers find a role in Germany. Finishing with the Talent Fair, if you are ready.

Each Module has as a face2face session and online aspects. Every participant will have one 1:1 session during the program with the course leader.

We have 3 parts of the Programme

1. Strengths discovery

• Self-inventory by discovering strengths, transferable skills, and interests and evaluating your life context advantages and internal blockers.

• One professional orientation test with interpretation and recommendations included in the program.

2. German Market 

• Building your personal business model to give clarity about alternatives and new roles and building a road map to find your best fit in a German labor market

• Meeting HRs and experiencing successful ex-pats professionals from the industry (subject to the group interests, e.g., Marketing, Technology, IT, Finance

3. Market Yourself 

• Experience real-life job interviews, create your professional mission statement, update your CV, and prepare to present yourself to your future employer during Talent Fair.

Course Dates 

Start 6th March Week for 10 weeks 

5 sprints (2 weeks blocks)

She has four years of lecturing experience in Executive MBA programs as a member of Edinburgh Business School tutors and as a visiting lecturer of Kyiv-Mohyla Business school in the field of HR Management and Personal Development. Her passion for working with talented, high-potential, self-driven individuals and teams led her to mentoring tech start-ups as a team dynamic coach. She is Marshall Goldsmith’s certified coach, Experienced Business model YOU practitioner, Core Strengths Learning Partner, and Relationship Intelligence Facilitator.

She is passionate about supporting experienced professionals in redesigning their careers, accelerating performance through building productive relationships at work, and as a sparring partner helping executives to lead with integrity and drive.
