Job Seekers Program- Outline for 2024

• 4 weeks program (4 sessions hybrid and in person)
• 1 training week
• 1 dress rehearsal

250 Euros for non members –100 Euros for members

August 26, 2024:  Kick off session and meet the group

September 2-27, 2024:  4 sessions with the following topics to be covered

• Strengths self-inventory, professional interests, strengths feedback
• Discover the sources of inspiration and growth to build confidence
• Explore versatile alternatives and potential future careers and roles
• Guest speakers session to understand the German market’s needs and challenges.
• Create a personal Business Model for the next job
• Update resume, practice interview pitch, and self-presentation
• Prepare for interviews and Talent Fair 2024

Leading up to the Talent Fair

October 7-10:  Training week for Talent Fair

October 11: Talent Fair Dress rehearsal at location

October 28: Talent Fair!!!
