In our Talent Fair job seekers present themselves in a TED-Talk style to a room of interested companies.
Are you looking for a job? Do you feel the need to start working? Then, we have an event for you. We are looking for speakers for our Talent Fair!
We invite HR (Human Resources) and hiring managers from large organisations across Düsseldorf to this event. Then, 10 – 12 women, who are looking for a job, will climb the stage to present themselves TED-Talk style to these companies.
We know this amazing opportunity might seem scary, that is why, as part of the process, we are offering you a written guide to presentations AND a live training session from four experts. We want you to succeed!
In March and December 2019, iwibdus hosted our last Talent Fairs,Talent Fairs 2019. Twenty two women with international backgrounds have now presented themselves to organisations.
We succeeded in finding 80% of these women new jobs in companies within 3 months.

The event was so successful, after a pause during COVID -19 we are now back!
The speakers were women who were looking for a role and who had been out of the job market for several years. They said: “Your precise feedback helped me hone my presentation and interview skills to a top level, allowing me to land an amazing position in a dynamic company.”
The Talent Fair event will take place on
Thursday 20th October 2022, 7:30pm – 10pm.
