Katy Kennedy (chair) welcomed everyone and thanked them for coming.
We had one agenda item to consider. The Board proposed to reduce the membership fee for 2021 from €150 to €100.
This is due to several reasons:
1. We have reduced costs as the ongoing COVD restrictions mean we are not hosting live events.
2. We are a non profit and we want to offer the most value to our members. To be fiscally responsible we should reduce the income stream.
Vote:
“We approve the reduction in membership fee of the International Women in Business Düsseldorf e.V for 2021 from 150 to 100 euros.”
