I fell in love with mental health and mindfulness as I was looking to overcome some work related issues. Now, officially certified a Sophrotherapist and thanks to my broad skill set, I'm helping people reaching personal or common goals (performance in sport or at work, preparation for a life change) or overcoming challenges (anxiety, burn-out, depression, grief, phobia...) through relaxation using breathing exercises, gentle moves, positive visualizations and guided meditations.
Also, helping people recovering from burn-out pushed me to envision the many possible improvements that could prevent mental harm from settling at work and help companies as well as their talents avoiding distress. I find mental harm preventive processes essential, but I want to deliver remedial training to help employees thriving both at work and in their personal life.
Until I became self-employed, I was a Project Manager handling the subscription management tool of a sales department and a team leader. I do speak Tech.
I am a Mental Health FirstAider (MHFA England).
