Informal evening at &Lady Mondegreen – July 9th
The International Women in Business Dusseldorf (iwibdus) love to spend time in the businesses of our members. We enjoy sharing your space and supporting the small businesses that our talented and interesting women own and run.
In July, the iwibdus were invited to Natalie Toennis’ upcycled fashion place &Lady Mondegreen.
Natalie talked about her passion for reinventing clothes and prolonging their life! She showed us some great examples of how she changes items of clothing to make them into something different that works better… scarves that become ponchos, changing the length of a dress to make it a more elegant shape.

Some of our members had brought clothes along with them from their wardrobes.
It was fun to network whilst looking through the racks of clothes for something new.
We brought new and old members together and made new connections. We shared some great conversations about our businesses, our passions and our new ideas.
